Richard Sinclair's Caravan of Dreams (1991)

  Richard Sinclair сообщает: "Телефонный звонок от Энди Уорда летом 1988 г из Фрайберга (Южная Германия) положил начало серии музыкальных приключений, приведших к партнерству в написании песен, на котором основан проект группы Caravan of Dreams.

  В течение шести недель, с июня по декабрь 1991 г., в студии "Astra", расположенной в тихой сельской местности в районе Саут-Даунс (Кент), — серия записей, сделанных в студии и взятых с первого живого концерта*, сыгранного группой группа в The Wilde Theatre, были собраны воедино для создания этого 61-минутного компакт-диска.

   Большая заслуга в создании этого дополнения к музыке  "Кентерберийской сцены" принадлежит группе друзей: Джимми Гастингсу, Рику Биддульфу, Дэйву Синклеру, Майклу Хьюпелю и Элу Кларку, которые собрали воедино кусочки мечты, чтобы она осуществиась.

    Richard Sinclair says: "A telephone call from Andy Ward in Summer '88, from Freiberg (South Germany), started a series of musical adventures leading to a song-writing partnership on which the band project, Caravan of Dreams, is based.

    For six weeks, during the period June 'til December '91 at Astra Studios, situated in the peaceful surrounding countryside on The South Downs (Kent) ~ a series of recordings made in the studio and taken from the first live concert* played by the band at The Wilde Theatre, were pieced together to form this 61 minutes CD.

    Much of the credit for the completion of this, extension to the music from 'The Canterbury Scene,' goes to a group of friends: Jimmy Hastings, Rick Biddulph, Dave Sinclair, Michael Heupel and Al Clarke, who brought the pieces of the dream to fruition.

    Lots of good wishes have passed through my letter box, supporting us in our plans to take the music out live - as much as possible! I hope that this album brings you as much enjoyment as I have had making it".
