     В течение многих лет я встречал в прессе нелестные замечания музыкантов и критиков в адрес той "музыки", которая заполонила бóльшую часть сцены, СМИ и мультимедиа, начиная с конца 70-х гг. Иногда записывал наиболее интересные мысли в виде цитат. Но вот наткнулся на интересную, уникальную книгу "I Hate New Music: The Classic Rock Manifesto" (автор - Dave Thompson). В аннотации к этой книжке говорится: "Невероятно смешной и заставляющий задуматься, "I Hate New Music" — это крестовый поход одного человека против всего, что не является тем, чем должен быть рок.     For many years I have seen in the press unflattering remarks from musicians and critics about the “music” that has taken over much of the scene, media and multimedia since the late 70s. Sometimes I wrote down the most interesting thoughts in the form of quotes. But then I came across an interesting, unique book “I Hate New Music: The Classic Rock Manifesto” (author - Dave Thompson).
